Shhh. I am the Presidentess of a secret island nation. My country is so advanced, we have long rid ourselves of health issues, power struggles, arms races ('cause arms don't race that fast), animal abuse, and, of course, bacon. Now is not the time to withhold all that I know, and so I blog.

SECRET NATION EXPOSED!

SECRET NATION EXPOSED!

And you thought that you knew the world and all of its countries! I bet that you haven’t heard of my small but perfect island nation. It's not your fault; we keep a low profile. I am the president of a country where optimism abounds and people are nice to each other.  Health, self-awareness and responsibility are the norm.

I’m 40 years old, which makes me younger than Obama. I grew up in Australia, but I have lived on all of the continents where penguins aren't the dominant species. Those guys are so pushy!  I’m an Xer, have Y friends, Z children and parents born in Europe during WW2.  That’s why I was voted president - Presidentess to be more accurate. It's a popular term, since female presidents are more likely to win elections. Unfortunately, the boys of yore preferred to make big guns and big threats so they could use their big guns. The money-power issue seemed difficult for them to keep their balance. As for me, I think it was my mean yoga practice that elevated me (literally, right?) into high office.

After my first term, my greatest legacy was improving our education system.  I introduced Morals and Ethics class in schools, which begins in pre-school. Everyone calls it ME. During the early grades this class is thread through the required surfing and yoga classes.  Meditation class begins in high school, as does organic sustainable gardening, PI (Philosophy and Invention), not to mention Communication class - thanks to my scientology friends who donated their tech, Australian Aboriginals who brought us  the Dreamtime, and Tibetan Monks who taught us telepathy.

My country has a mandatory cleansing month, the festive season with holidays, revelry and communal events culminating into the first day of the great cleanse.

We are famous worldwide for being physically, spiritually, mentally, economically, everything-ally advanced.  We inspire! We dare to dream a perfect world. And we live it.

Although some health and spiritual practices of ours appear to be classified, I will do what I can to leak some of it for you here.  It pains me to see a world full of conflict and disease, while the people of my country know of these conditions only from text e-books.

If you have any specific questions for me, please see my Dear Presidentess column where I will attempt to reply directly to your question.  Keep it positive and feel alive!  Life is so filled with energy and potential.  We harness it and guide our own destiny in order to fulfil our dreams.
